What file formats can I upload?
We accept a wide range of file formats, including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. For best results, we recommend submitting your artwork as a print-ready PDF. You can send a file online up to 250 MB (we recommend you zip or compress large/multiple files).
What is a print-ready file?
A print-ready file should be high resolution (300 dpi), in CMYK colour mode, and include 3 mm bleed with crop marks. All fonts should be embedded or outlined. If you need help, our team is happy to assist in preparing your files correctly.
Can Kwik Kopy help with artwork and design?
Yes. Our experienced designers can create or update artwork to suit your brand and objectives. From concept to final print, we ensure everything aligns with your vision. If you already have prepared artwork for digital formats, our experts can adapt your digital files to make them print-ready.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Most Kwik Kopy stores can complete and dispatch orders in 2-5 business days, but the exact timeframe depends on various factors, such as whether the job is done in-house, the quantity, the complexity of the job, and the number of processes (such as additional print finishing options). When ordering online, the checkout process will provide an estimated completion date based on your selected centre’s current workload.
If you need your order completed by a specific date, we encourage you to request the timeframe upfront, and our team will do their best to meet it.
Can I request same-day or urgent printing?
All our centres are able to do same-day and urgent printing depending on the complexity of the order. Please confirm with the centre the details of what you require to know if same-day or urgent delivery is available.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Most centres provide delivery using trusted courier partners and or have their own delivery services, depending on where the delivery needs to go. Tracking details will be provided as soon as they become available.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and courier. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as it is complete to minimise delays. You can also always come in and collect your job yourself if you prefer – just let your centre know and they’ll be happy to accommodate you.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. You’re welcome to pick up your order during business hours from your chosen Kwik Kopy centre.
Why hasn’t my credit card been charged immediately?
Payments are processed as a pre-authorisation. Your bank will securely hold the funds until your order is invoiced and completed by the centre.
Do you offer sustainable printing options?
Yes. All Kwik Kopy centres are accredited under the Sustainable Green Print (SGP) program. We offer recycled stock options and use environmentally responsible production practices.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
Please contact the Kwik Kopy centre that handled your order. We will work with you promptly to resolve any concerns and ensure you’re satisfied with the final product.
Can I reorder a previous job?
Yes. Most centres keep your artwork and specifications on file, making it easy to reorder or make small changes when needed.
Will my artwork be stored for future use?
In most cases, yes. Let your local centre know if you’d like us to retain your files for future reference or reordering.
