Embossed Business Cards And Stationery
Embossing and debossing are techniques used to impress or depress images onto paper. Embossing is when you raise a logo to create a 3D effect. Debossing is the opposite, and is when an indent is created in the material you are using.
Bringing a three-dimensional aspect to printed material, embossing can be used on almost any paper-based product to add interest and texture. It is a classic stylistic choice and often features on business cards and letterheads. Our embossing services include:
- Blind Embossing
- Foil Embossing
- Ink Embossing
- Debossing
What Is Embossed Printing?
Embossed print is when you raise a logo or other image to create a 3D graphic. This feature is achieved by pushing a metal die into paper, card stock (or other chosen material) from underneath. The raised area can then have ink or foil applied to it for added effect or it can be left unprinted or unfoiled – this is known as a blind emboss feature.
Why Choose An Embossed Business Card Or Stationery?
Embossed printing creates striking, multi-dimensional designs that radiate sophistication and a high-end finish. Embossing is regularly used on important features within a printed document, such as a logo, seal, visual element or brand pattern. Embossing stands out in the crowd!
